  • Green Aqua MACRO Plant Fertilizer - 1000 ml

It is our strong view that Green Aqua liquid fertilizers are the best, most stable and last but not least the cheapest liquid ferts on the market.

We developed this world-class liquid plant fertilizer based on Mr. Tom Barr's famous Estimative Index (EI) method. It provides a balanced and well designed fertilizing method to all tanks - from high-light CO2 injection aquariums to low-tech small tanks.

IMPORTANT: Your plants need MACRO and MICRO elements as well as CO2 to thrive. If any of the components are running low missing from your water you will experience algae bloom. If you keep all fertilizers at proper levels and you change water regularly (once-a-week 50% is ideal) then fertilizer related algae issues will be virtually non-existent. Keep in mind, that most aquatic plants will also need proper CO2 injection to be healthy and you also need to have proper lighting and good filtration.

Green Aqua fertilizers have been tested for many years under various conditions. They have proven to be successful in many demanding Nature Aquariums. This is our number one product range.

Ingredients: Aqueous solution of Nitrate, Phosphate and Potassium.

  • Easy Life Ferro - Iron fertiliser - 500 ml

Easy-Life Ferro contains easily absorbable iron for water plants. Iron is essential for the good development of plant leaves. Iron ensures that the leaves are green thanks to the creation of chlorophyll.

A lack of iron results in the leaves turning yellow, which is known as chlorosis. Ferro helps to prevent this problem. If there are fast-growing plants in an aquarium, then there is a good chance of iron deficiency. In that case, it is recommended to add Ferro to prevent problems.

    USAGE RECOMMENDATION
Weekly  5 ml per 100 litres / 1 fl oz per 160 US gallons raises the Fe-concentration with 0.50 ppm or 0.50 mg/l.

Use this recommended dosage weekly to keep the plants healthy and green.

  • Seachem Flourish Phosphorus - 500 ml

Flourish Phosphorus™ is a safe solution (4500 mg/L phosphate) of potassium phosphate that takes the guess work out of phosphate dosing. Unlike competing products that mix nitrate and phosphate in a fixed ratio, Flourish Phosphorus™ (being nitrate free) allows you to dose phosphorus according to the needs of your plants without the risk of overdosing nitrates. When used as directed Flourish Phosphorus™ will enhance and accelerate the growth of aquatic plants without enhancing algae growth. For maximum benefit use with Flourish Nitrogen™ and Flourish Potassium™.

  • Seachem Flourish Excel - 20 liter

Flourish Excel™ is a source of bioavailable organic carbon. All plants require a source of carbon. This is typically obtained from CO2, but, may also be derived from simple organic compounds (such as photosynthetic intermediates). The use of either CO2 injection or Flourish Excel™ does not necessarily negate the use of the other. Because the processes of producing photosynthetic intermediates and building onto them occur simultaneously, one can derive a substantial benefit with the use of Flourish Excel™ either alone or in conjunction with CO2 . The combination is particularly ideal for situations when continuing to add CO2 could result in dangerously low pH levels. Flourish Excel™ also has iron reducing properties which promote the ferrous state of iron (Fe+2), which is more easily utilized by plants than ferric iron (Fe+3). Sizes: 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 2 L, 4 L, 20 L

    Why It's Different
The reason plants need CO2 is to produce longer chain carbon compounds also known as photosynthetic intermediates. Photosynthetic intermediates includes compounds such as ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate, and 2-carboxy-3-keto-D-arabinitol 1,5 bisphosphate. Although the names are complicated, the structures are quite simple (5 carbon chains). Flourish Excel™ does not contain these specific compounds per se, but one that is quite similar. By dosing with Flourish Excel™ you bypass the involvement of CO2 and introduce the already finished, structurally similar compounds. It is in its structural similarity that Flourish Excel™ is able to be utilized in the carbon chain building process of photosynthesis. Simple chemical or enzymatic steps can easily convert it to any one to any one of the above named compounds (or a variety of others).

    Directions
On initial use or after a major (> 40%) water change, use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 40 L (10 gallons*). Thereafter use 1 capful for every 200 L (50 gallons*) daily or every other day. Dosing may be slowly increased in high-growth aquariums. For smaller dosing please note that each cap thread is approximately 1 mL.

  • Seachem Flourish Potassium - 100 ml

Flourish Potassium™contains 50,000 mg/L of potassium suitable for the natural planted aquarium. Potassium is one of several elements that are vitally important to maintaining a vigorous level of growth in a planted aquarium. Potassium can become depleted in a rapidly growing system or when the source water has a low mineral content. In these cases potassium could become the limiting factor to growth. Use Flourish Potassium™ to prevent potassium depletion (signs of which include yellowing in older leaves) and maintain the highest level of growth.

    Sizes: 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 2 L, 4 L, 20 L

  • Seachem Flourish Trace - 250 ml

Flourish Trace™ supplies a broad range of trace elements demonstrated to be necessary for proper plant health and growth. Trace elements are normally depleted by utilization, oxidation and precipitation. The latter two processes occur more rapidly than with other micronutrients. This makes it important to restore trace elements on a regular basis. Flourish Trace™ may be used alone or in conjunction with Flourish™. Best results are obtained when both are used.

    Why It's Different:
By separating the minerals out into a separate product, one can dose it on a more frequent basis than a broad spectrum supplement without worrying about a build up of the more slowly used components.

    Directions:
    Use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 80 L (20 gallons*) twice a week.
